FAQ's

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to have all orders dispatched within 2 working days, and then we like to allow the standard 3-5 working days for our courier to get your order to you.

What postal service do you use?

We use various forms of postal services which enables us to keep our delivery prices as competitive as possible. These include Royal Mail, Evri and Couriers. Details of postal services are added to the product description details.

Do you offer Gift wrapping?

This can be requested for an additional charge.

What if my item/items don't fit and i wish to return it/them?

Please email us at hello@locoloves.co.uk if you wish to return any items and we will sort it for you

Satisfaction

We hope you like everything you order from us, however, if you are not happy with any anything in your order, we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your goods. 

If you receive goods that are damaged or faulty please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem. 

Returns

Though we hope you won't need to return anything. We understand that sometimes, items are not always what we were expecting.

For Internet orders, you have 14 days to return your purchase for a refund. Please email us to let us know your order number and reason for return.

We also, offer exchanges or Gift vouchers if you prefer.

If you purchase within our store we offer refunds, exchange or Credit note. Items must be returned by the 14th day, with all tags on, the item unworn and with a receipt to prove your purchase. 

The following terms are non-negotiable as we need to treat all customers equally.
